Quality fabric, slow customer service
I ordered some outdoor performance fabric for a patio project. The fabric itself is excellent, really high quality and feels like it will last. However, I had a question about the lead time before placing the order and it took a few days to get a response from customer service, which was a bit frustrating. Once the order was in, shipping was quick enough, about 6 days to get here. So, great product, but they could improve on response times for inquiries.

This isn't my first order from Scalamandre. I've bought fabric and trim from them before. This time I got some silk damask fabric, and it was the same great quality I've come to expect. They're consistent. Shipping took about a week to get to me in California, which is typical. It's why I keep coming back for my more special projects.

Throw pillows worked out
Needed some new throw pillows for the living room, saw these online and figured I'd give them a try. They're pretty nice, good colors and they feel sturdy. My dog even tried to chew on one, but it held up fine. They took maybe 5 days to reach Denver, which was fine. Just simple, good pillows. Nothing crazy.
